Hi, I’m Ilana. I am passionate about creating a positive, supportive, and welcoming experience for every client and family who connects with Insight Collective. As the friendly face behind many of our enquiries, appointments, and communications, I help ensure the practice runs smoothly while supporting families throughout their journey.

Working closely with Charlotte, I assist with client enquiries, referrals, appointments, assessments, and the day-to-day coordination of the practice. My goal is to help clients and families feel informed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with the clinic.

I understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why I strive to provide a warm, responsive, and approachable experience for everyone who contacts Insight Collective.
